Comments: Wow. I interviewed six installers and by far, Ron, the owner of Southwest Contracting was the best. His attention to careful detail was without peer! We had a difficult install of French doors with sidelights and they had to spend considerable time removing the old doors/sidelights and then carefully installing the new doors. Everything looks and works perfect, and my wife cannot be happier. I will add that Ron has the most positive attitude, did not upsell....and spent ten hours making sure everything was perfect including molding and hardware! Iā ll be using him again, too!

Comments: If you need a professional to install a new pre-hung main entry door, plus a new security screen door, look no further than Southwest Contracting's Ron Krueger. He demonstrated very impressive work ethics and skills. Professional expertise was unquestionable in my observation. Additionally, I observed him to be highly motivated, enjoyed his work and very attentive to detail. I was very pleased with the end result. Comments: Great company! Ron is a professional and easy person to work with. He came to my home and I explained that I needed a new screen door for my oversized patio door. He measured and provided several recommendations. I received the estimate and expected a higher price but that was not the case. When the screen door arrived I was impressed with the quality of the frame and the upgraded screen Ron had recommended. After Ron installed the door, I truly was impressed, it slid effortlessly and now I can leave the sliding door open to allow cool fresh air into the house. Great job Southwest Contracting! I will use their services again and recommend them to family and friends.

Comments: Ron was great. Explained everything very well. There was a minor confusion on the quote originally for the size of the door, but I caught it and he corrected it quickly. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. My only "complaint" is that the bottom of the door jamb is not perfect. The metal is held on by additional tape as (he explained) the type of door would not accommodate screwing it in all the way. I wish I had known that prior to installation, but it is fine, as it is an exterior side door that is for functionality only.

Comments: Ron came through when no one else could. We needed new French doors installed quickly. All others said it would be weeks before they could even get the doors, he came out the day I called him for an estimate and by Friday, within 3 days had the doors from his supplier and installed them on Monday. Great job, nice guy, would fully recommend.

Comments: I ordered a new back door from their catalog and love it! Ron was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right door for my budget. My old door only had two hinges, but Ron put three on the new door. This is a standard size fiberglass door I could not find at Home Depot or Lowe's. Actually, Lowe's installer measured the opening wrong and the folks there had to look for a specialty door to fit. After about a month they found one for $1,300. I cancelled the order and promptly went to Home Advisor. Ron is absolutely the best contractor I've worked with and am planning on using him again when I replace some interior doors.

Comments: Ron is amazing! We needed an exterior back door replaced due to water damage over the years. As soon as I called, not only did he immediately respond, but he came out the same day to measure! And I'm glad he did because the door I would've ordered wouldn't have fit. He was also wonderful at explaining options and exactly what he would be doing. As soon as the door arrived, he went to work and clearly did thorough work to the highest detail. The door is absolutely gorgeous. And when I thought something was off, he had no issues with resolving it. He clearly cares about what he does to the highest integrity! .He is a very honest and hard working person. He's worth every penny and would hire him again for any future projects for our home, so you should too!

He suggested that I remove the defective screen and use the main door screen...great idea and no charge.The second screen door did not function because of a crack in the concrete floor and he cut the bottom off to make a smooth contour and it worked beautifully. He communicates the status of your project all the time (when he orders your door, how long it'll take, etc) and returns your emails, calls & texts promptly. Comments: I had some very difficult and heavy Iron double doors from Escon. It was an install project that needed to be done as level and plumb as possible. Ron came in and was within a 1/16 of getting these doors. And he still wanted them better. I could have asked for a better insatll on this projects. I highly recommend any project Ron says he could do for you. The demo was was done and new installed perfectly. Thanks Ron. Your craftmanship is hard to find.
